Adúkẹ́́ Ọlà — “Beloved Crowned with Wealth” is inspired by Yoruba naming traditions. This work explores wealth as something inherent rather than acquired. The fruit forms symbolize organic abundance, identity, dignity, and value rooted within, embodying a quiet confidence and inner richness.

As part of my ongoing Oríkì Series, this work continues my exploration of names as vessels of memory and emotional experience. It invites reflection on worth beyond external validation, an affirmation that to be beloved is to be crowned already.
